COACH TRAINING

The Michigan Conference is partnering with  Coaching4Clergy to train leaders in coaching skills. These skills can dramatically step-up a leader’s effectiveness and increase one’s impact in the church and the local community. Coaching is a healthy, encouraging, and gracious way to challenge beliefs and assumptions that limit living out of one’s God-given potential. Courses are for those seeking certification as a coach

Coach Training Part 1 Live online classes offered Mondays or Wednesdays for a total of 14 four-hour sessions. Start Monday, August 24th, or start Wednesday, August 26th.  No previous basic training nor coaching experience required.

Coach Training Part 2 is for continuing students. Online classes offered Tuesdays and Thursdays for a total of 16 four-hour sessions. Start Thursday, August 20th, or Tuesday, August 25th.

Instruction and resources for both are $1,050. Funding assistance may be available through your local congregation, ministry settings, and district ministries.
