The real battle

Adrian College’s Chris Momany, calls the church to live by the counter-cultural approach of “intrinsic worth.”

“The most intense battles we ever fight are the ones within our hearts,” says the Rev. Chris Momany .

He goes on, “During this time of conflict within many church organizations (not only The United Methodist Church) and throughout our culture, I have concluded that love is the most difficult choice in life. It is so because love is never, ever, ever a soft thing.”

Calling love a “principle and poise and consistency on behalf of others,” he encourages men and women to stop following fear and center their hearts on God.
