Making communications sticky

Here are some tips on how to communicate in ways that keep people listening.

Ryan Holck, an expert on church communication, says that “leaders tend to throw so much information at their congregants that nothing sticks.”

This edition of “Leading Ideas” from the Lewis Center for Church Leadership  asserts that there is also a tendency to use insider language while what people really want to know is, “What’s in it for me?”
