Adam has a passion and a commitment to the revitalization of The United Methodist Church.
This year’s keynote speake is the Rev. Adam Hamilton, Lead Pastor of the Church of the Resurrection in Leawood, Kansas. Adam’s three teaching sessions are scheduled as follows: 3:30 pm and 8:00 pm on Friday, June 5; 10:00 am on Saturday, June 6.
Hamilton’s theme is, “Leading Beyond the Walls.” Session 1 focus: What Leaders Do and Why. Session 2 focus: Effective Worship and Preaching. Session 3 focus: Mission, Evangelism, and Methodism.
The proposal to create one Michigan Conference is the result of the listening done by Bishop Kiesey during her first year.
