Christian Conferencing was the focus of the Connectional Table’s video forums for the month of November. Featured guest was Bishop Sharon Zimmerman Rader.
These videos–part of an online forum called #CTTalks— inform United Methodist church leaders and delegates leading up to the 2016 General Conference next May.
Christian Conferencing is presented not something we do but as a way of being for Christians everyday. Christian Conferencing requires listening and it takes practice. The entire series is presented here to provide opportunity to increase in understanding and ability to build community.
The #CTTalks forum is designed to be used by delegations and annual conferences as they study and discuss issues that will be addressed at General Conference 2016. These weekly posts will include interviews with United Methodist bishops, Connectional Table members, and other leaders from across the denomination.
The topic for December will be Vital Congregations.
