Rev. Dean Irwin Bailey, 81, died, Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at Clark Retirement Community in hospice care. He was predeceased by his wife, Jan Bailey, on June 26, 2012.

Rev. A memorial will be held at a later date, sometime in the spring of 2017.
