Pastor David Warren Yingling, 70 of Marshall, died at Bronson at Home Hospice Residence on Thursday, December 10, 2015. He was formerly married to the late Cheryel Emery and he was also preceded in death by his wife, Karen T. Chrisley.

Pastor Yingling served in the following appointments in the West Michigan Conference: Transferred from East Ohio Conf., Kalamazoo: Milwood (Assoc.) 1972; Edmore 1976; Charlevoix/Greensky Hill Indian Mission 1981; Battle Creek: Birchwood 1988; Retired 1991.

Visitation was held 10:00 a.m.-11:00 am. Monday, December 14, 2015 at the Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Home 105 Capital Ave. N.E., Battle Creek, MI 49017, (269) 962-5527.  A memorial service followed at 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 14, 2015.  Inurnment will be at Greensky Hill United Methodist Church in Charlevoix.
