Bishop Kenneth H. Carter Jr., episcopal leader of the Florida Conference and president of the Council of Bishops, has also served as a moderator for the Commission on a Way Forward. In his interview, Bishop Carter shares some of the questions and addresses some of the concerns he’s been hearing about the special called General Conference taking place in February 2019.
