Jane Tennant, 94, died Thursday, Nov. 19, 2015. Jane was the surviving spouse of the Rev. Wirth Tennant, who died in 1994, and who had served in the following appointments in the West Michigan Conference: Holton 1935; Crystal Valley 1936; Kingsley-Empire 1938; Oakwood-Oshtemo 1940; Traverse City Asbury 1944 (now Traverse Bay); Scottville 1949; Grand Traverse Parish 1956; Missaukee Parish-Lake City 1962; Montague 1965; Battle Creek Trinity 1972; Retired 1978; Traverse City Asbury (now Traverse Bay (Assoc.) 1978; Williamsburg (Part-time) Sept. 30, 1984-June 6, 1985.
A memorial service will be at Chelsea Retirement Community Chapel (805 W Middle St., Chelsea, MI 48118) at 10 AM on Saturday, Nov. 21.
