Rev. Timothy Jay Miller, 59, of Wyoming, died at home on Sunday, December 27, 2015. He is survived by his wife, Deborah Miller.
A Funeral Service was held at Cornerstone UMC, 84th Street Campus, (1675 84th St. SE, Caledonia, MI 49316) on Sunday, January 3, 2016 at 2:30 PM with visitation at 1:30 PM.
Rev. Miller served in the following appointments in the West Michigan Conference: Transferred from Louisville Conf. June 1, 1992; Leave of Absence June 1, 1992; Hersey July 1, 1992; Barryton/Chippewa Lake (LTFT ¾) 1994; Grand Rapids: Pawating Magedwin and Salem/Bradley Indian Missions 1995; Grand Rapids: Pa Wa Ting Ma Ged Win 1999; Incapacity Leave Jan. 1, 2002.
Rev. Miller also served for several years as the Executive Director of the Native American Course of Study Extension School.
