One missing sheep found

A memory of beloved grandparents and the story about a shepherd and one lost sheep offer clues about who God is, how God loves, and what God expects of us.

Jake Owensby is a Bishop in the Episcopal Diocese of Western Louisiana. Recently he asked, “What does your love look like,” in his blogspot, “Looking for God in Messy Places.”

Owensby reflects on Jesus’ parable of The Lost Sheep to make the point that, “Love never asks, ‘What’s in it for me?'”
