Enroll in Active Health Plan by Nov. 30

Health Insurance enrollment begins

The 2022 Health Insurance Enrollment registration for clergy (active) and conference lay employees is from November 15-30, 2021.

This Enrollment Guide is intended as a brief overview of the plans available to you in 2022. Please see individual benefit summaries for additional details. Summaries are located on InfinityHR at www.infinityhr.com or on the Michigan Conference website.

Important reminders for 2022

  • Medical, prescription, dental and vision coverages remain unchanged for 2022
  • Omada – diabetes and hypertension management program — is now available
  • Employee Assistance Program from HMSA – HMSA can confidentially help address a wide range of personal, family and employment concerns such as stress management, parent-child communication, relationship issues, substance abuse, and workplace conflicts. Free short-term counseling assistance or referral to provider resources.

What do you need to do?

You’ll need to log in to www.infinityhr.com to make your elections.

An important word from Don Emmert, Director of Benefits and Human Resources/Interim CFO: “We have discovered that the following message appears when logging in to the InfinityHR/Arcoro system to complete open enrollment: “The information you’re about to submit is not secure.” This message you are receiving is in error. We have confirmed the site is locked and protected. If you continue by clicking ‘send anyway’ you will see the webpage is secure. Your browser should also note that your information is secure. InfinityHR/Arcoro is aware of the issue and is working on a resolution. If you have a concern, you may wait a few days until the error message has been corrected. It is our hope we will have a resolution shortly.  Open enrollment runs through November 30th, which should allow time for the correction and for you to make your elections.”

  1. All current medical, dental, and vision elections will roll over without any action on your part.
  2. Please be sure to verify your address and dependent information for any changes that may have occurred throughout the plan year.
  3. Complete your elections no later than November 30, 2021.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING 2022 FSA ELECTIONS

If you wish to make a Medical Flexible Spending or Dependent Care Account election for 2022, you MUST log in. These plans require an annual election.

If you elect medical/prescription coverage, you’ll automatically be enrolled in dental and vision coverage. If you waive medical, you will have the option to enroll in dental and vision separately.

The 2022 medical plan with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan will pay primary in an auto accident. Please reach out to your current auto insurance provider and inquire if you need to change your policy.
