“This will not be an address by youth for youth. This will be an address by young people for the whole church,” said Carl Thomas Stroud Gladstone, the Young People’s Ministry’s regional staff member for the North Central Jurisdiction.
Two young people will deliver the address at General Conference–Chelsea Spyres and Peter Cibuabua. Chelsea is a Global Mission Fellow of the General Board of Discipleship serving at the NOAH Project in Detroit. Peter is an engineer working in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo.
