The Nominations Committee is looking for skilled and gifted clergy and laity with interest in serving on agencies of The Michigan Conference.
Are you feeling called to use your gifts and graces through serving on a committee or agency of The Michigan Conference?
The Nominations Committee is busy doing its work in preparation for the 2022 Annual Conference. And theirs is a really big job. Click here to learn about the many teams of volunteers who help The Michigan Conference fulfill its vision “to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world by equipping its local churches for ministry and by providing a connection for ministry beyond the local church; all to the glory of God.”
There are open positions and the Nominations Committee is seeking clergy and laity who are interested in serving.
The committee is asking persons to complete an interest form. Completing the form expresses your interest in serving as a member of a Michigan Conference agency (i.e. board, committee, council, etc.).
Responses help the Nomination Committee discern the best fit between your interests, skills, gifts, and open leadership positions. Completing the form does not mean you will automatically become a member of a Michigan Conference agency.
Thank you for your interest! A member of the Nominations Committee will contact those who submit the interest form for further discernment.
