Adaptive leadership skills are the focus of “Leading through COVID,” a FULLER Formation course available free through the end of June.
Through the end of June, Fuller Seminary is offering free access to FULLER Formation, guided lessons from Fuller Experts.
Among these offerings is, “Leading through COVID,” a free resource to help you gain adaptive leadership skills as you guide your church through the pandemic.
Description of the experience: What do you do when you can’t bring people together to worship, learn, and care for each other? The social distancing ordered to stem the spread of COVID-19 presents church leaders with challenges that they have not been trained to address. In this material, you’ll gain adaptive leadership skills that will help you build trust with your congregation, experiment with fresh expressions of ministry, and implement new habits of learning and innovation. An estimated 23 hours of instruction, done at your own pace; you have anytime-access through July 1.
FULLER Formation lessons include videos, writings, articles, questions, and exercises so that you can immediately apply what you learn to your everyday life.
