This day-long free workshop in Lansing promises to boost your church’s communication to new levels.
Is your church struggling to implement an online strategy that will attract new faces and keep your own congregation informed?
Communicating Faith in the 21st Century is a United Methodist Communications (UMCOM) workshop that will teach how to effectively communicate in today’s society and to equip your faith community to share transforming stories.
This day-long program at the Michigan Area Ministry Center focuses on going beyond just having a church website to effectively implementing a broader online presence.
Designed for those with limited social media experience, UMCOM will cover the basics of launching a successful online strategy that helps people connect with your church in a new way.
This workshop will also focus on implementing a broader online presence, using the social media tools of today. By engaging your audience online first, you extend your reach beyond Sunday services and expose your audience to your message before they visit your church.
The workshop is free. Lunch is $9.00. All materials will be provided. To register visit http://bit.ly/ComFaith2016
