Next Saturday is the deadline for church leaders to submit their annual statistical reports. Read this final reminder from Conference Statistician/Database Manager Pamela Stewart.

Thank you to all churches that have completed their 2024 annual statistical reports or are working on them. Some churches have yet to begin.

There are ten days left for local churches to complete their reports. A week’s grace period was added this year, so February 8 is the final day to submit them online. At the end of that day, the reporting site will be closed and inaccessible.

If you have not yet logged in, here’s how to do it:

Go to https://stats.gcfa.org.

• • The username is the church’s 6-digit GCFA number. Click here to find that number.
  • The universal password is Stats_2024.

This login will take you to the registration screen. For security purposes, you must reregister as a user even if you have used this site in previous years.

On the registration page, please complete all required fields. You should change your username (simply use your own name or something easy to remember) but reenter the original password. Continue to use Stats_2024 for all subsequent logins.

If your church completed a covenantal closure at the end of 2024, the report is still expected as part of the closure agreement.

Please help us complete this data collection work for the conference and the denomination.
