The Michigan Conference Committee on Nominations is looking for you!
The Nominations Committee is currently seeking skilled laity and clergy who are looking to make a difference and serve on agencies in the Michigan Conference. Are you feeling called?
The ministry of our agencies, boards, and committees is vital. You can find information on the conference website about the many volunteer teams that help the Michigan Conference fulfill our mission of “making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.”
While the Nominations Committee is looking to fill a variety of teams, there is a specific need for gifts and skills in the following areas:
-
- Commission on Archives and History
- Commission on Communications
- Committee on the Episcopacy
- Division of Higher Education and Campus Ministry
- Committee on Human Resources
- Conference Leadership Council
If you feel called, please complete this interest form. Your responses will help the Nominations Committee identify the best alignment between your gifts and the conference’s needs. A committee member will follow up with you for further discernment and discussion.
Thank you for your interest!
