WELCOME TO ABUNDANT HEALTH MI
At the 2024 Michigan Annual Conference, we unveiled Abundant Health MI as the newest addition to The United Methodist Church’s Abundant Health Initiative. This initiative invites local churches and ministries across our state to join a global network dedicated to nurturing mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
Over the past five years, Global Ministries has impacted the lives of over 5 million women, youth, and children worldwide, and our commitment continues to grow stronger through dedicated partnerships. Now we are bringing that focus to Michigan.
What is Abundant Health MI?
Abundant Health MI aims to increase awareness and support for existing health programs throughout Michigan. Whether it’s free clinics, healthy eating initiatives, or yoga programs hosted by churches like Cass Community United Methodist Church in Detroit, we are here to facilitate connections and share best practices.
