Winifred Jacobs, 97, died Sunday, April 17, 2016. Her husband, Rev. Harold Jacobs, who died June 1, 1967, served in the following West Michigan area churches: Moorestown Circuit, 1935; Eagle, 1936; Decatur, 1943; Army Chaplaincy, 1945; Three Rivers 9th Street, 1947; Lansing Potter Park 1953; and Grand Ledge 1959.
Please join the family as we celebrate her life at 11:00 on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at the Grand Ledge First United Methodist Church, 411 Harrison St., Grand Ledge, Michigan. Pastor Cynthia Skutar and Pastor Betty Smith will officiate. The family will receive friends Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 at Peters & Murray Funeral Home, 301 East Jefferson Street, Grand Ledge, Michigan. Memorial contributions may be made to the Grand Ledge F.U.M.C. or Hospice of Lansing.
