Rayme “Gene” Greenlee Hutchens died May 20, 2015 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Mrs. Hutchens was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Clarence “Hutch” Hutchens in 1998.
Gene worked faithfully beside her husband where he served at the following appointments in the West Michigan Conference: In school 1942; Montague 1954; Sparta 1950; Byron Center/Wyoming: Wesley Park 1955; Wyoming: Wesley Park 1957; Ithaca 1962; Lansing: Grace 1967; Grand Rapids South 1975; Allegan 1979; Retired 1983.
A Memorial Service will be held at Clark Retirement Community on Saturday, June 13, at 2:00 pm. An inurnment will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Muskegon, MI.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Clark Retirement Community Benevolent Fund, 1551 Franklin St. SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49506.
