Rev. Wilbur (Bill) Edward Courter, 83, died Saturday, November 19, 2016. He is survived by his wife Charlotte.
Rev. Courter served in the following appointments and ministries in the West Michigan Conference:
Comstock UMC, 1967; Alcoholism Program Coordinator, Kalamazoo, 1973; Kalamazoo County Health Dept. 1976; Kalamazoo County Juvenile Home Superintendent, 1982; West Side Family Mental Health Clinic, Kalamazoo, 1985.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 22, 2016 between 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Milwood United Methodist Church, 3919 Portage Street, Kalamazoo, MI, with the service following. Pastor David A. Newhouse will be officiating.
