The Anabaptist Mennonite Biblical Seminary (AMBS) in Elkhart, Indiana has issued an invitation for a Seminary Preview Day.
The date is March 18, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The day on campus includes fellowship time with students and faculty, a tour of campus, and time spent observing classes and attending Chapel. Information about the Master of Arts and Master of Divinity will be explored, including the distance option called MDiv Connect.
The program at AMBS “integrates study of Scripture with dee3p spiritual growth and witness to God’s peace and justice.” The University Senate of The United Methodist Church has approved AMBS to educate candidates for ordination.
In addition, the University Senate has endorsed a partnership between AMBS and Garrett Evangelical-Theological Seminary that supplements AMBS coursework with specific UM studies.
A $3,000 United Methodist Student Scholarship is available.
