The Rev. Merritt Bongard, 72, of Ludington died suddenly Tuesday, January 19, 2016. He is survived by his wife Lois Bongard.
Rev. Bongard served in the following appointments in the West Michigan Conference: In school Asbury Theological Seminary 1983; St. Johns Parish: Salem, Greenbush Lowe 1984; Williamsburg June 16, 1991; Scottville 1993.
Visitation will be held Sunday, January 24, 2016 from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM at the Mason County Reformed Church, 45 South Amber, Scottville, MI, US, 49454 A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 03:00 PM. Arrangements are being handled by Wyman Funeral & Cremation Services – Stephens Funeral Home, Scottville.
