Former business man and now pastor of a growing ministry, Ron Edmondson is passionate about people “getting it” when it comes to faith.
Edmondson states this important learning: “I have found, as a leader, if I understand what people are struggling with I’m better prepared to lead them through it.”
He makes the point that change is not something people deal with logically; they deal with it emotionally. That understanding is key to being a successful agent of change.
