Alice Grace Vermeulen, 84, died Friday, September 8, 2017.
Alice is survived by her husband of 63 years, Rev. Bertram W. Vermeulen, her children and grandchildren.
Rev. Vermeulen has served in the following West Michigan appointments: Bloomingdale 1954-1957; Three Rivers Ninth Street 1957-1961; Litchfield 1961-1965; Lansing Mt. Hope 1965-1967; Dewitt Redeemer 1967-1969; Freemont 1969-1978. Retired.
Services were held on Friday, September 23, 2017 at the Fremont United Methodist Church in Fremont, MI, with interment at Maple Grove Cemetery.
Memorial gifts may be made to the Bert and Alice Vermeulen Local Service Initiative Endowment through the Fremont Area Community Foundation.
