Annual Conference Health Screening will be conducted by Personal Health Partners Friday, June 1 through Sunday, June 3.
Who is eligible? Active Plan subscribers and dependents (age 18+) enrolled in the Detroit Conference and West Michigan Conference group health insurance plan may received the health screening at no charge. Retirees and others may receive the screening at a cost of $150 (payable at time of screening).
Appointments are needed and there are 270 appointments available. Deadline to make an appointment is May 30, 10pm. Screenings will take place in the Hospitality Room (218-H1). Fasting (8 hours) is recommended but not required. To register go to https://goo.gl/ZwFChu.
All results are completely confidential and will be mailed to participants within two weeks of screening.
Annual Conference health insurance representatives will be on-site at Annual Conference, May 31 through June 3 in the lobby of Governors’ Hall, Grand Traverse Resort.
President/CEO of BenePro and HRPro, Kristopher Powell, and , President of Client Services, Erin Faszczewski will be available to answer questions regarding Michigan Conference health insurance programs.
Becki Stabbler, Canada Online Healthlink will also be present to offer information and answer questions regarding the Conference Prescription Mail Order Service.
