We extend our condolences to the family and friends of Rev. Dennis Buwalda, retired West Michigan Conference clergy who died on December 20, 2017.
In addition to serving in the local church “Denny” served as the District Superintendent for the Grand Traverse District and Interim District Superintendent for the Lansing District, Director of New Church Development and as the Development Director of the United Methodist Foundation.
Funeral services were held on December 27, 2017 at the Eaton Rapids First United Methodist Church, 600 S. Main St., Eaton Rapids with interment taking place at Rosehill Cemetery in Eaton Rapids.
