IDP Together: Grow Your Intercultural Capacity
Have you taken the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) within the past four years? IDP Together offers an opportunity to move beyond your assessment and take meaningful steps toward growth through your individual Intercultural Development Plan (IDP).
Over the course of one month, participants will gather in a supportive, community-based setting to walk through their IDPs together. Through guided reflection, conversation and action, you’ll be encouraged to deepen your self-awareness, strengthen your intercultural capacity and build more meaningful connections with others.
This experience is designed to provide the space, support and community needed to navigate the challenging—and rewarding—landscape of intercultural development.

Fee: $25 per person or $40 for a group of three
