Who Should Come?
Ministry Mechanics is designed for church leaders, both lay and clergy. The Fall 2026 event will be especially helpful for members of SPRC/PPRC, or those responsible for human resources or volunteer management in other governance models. While the primary audience is local church leaders, anyone who would find this event helpful is welcome to attend.
How Much Does it Cost?
Nothing! In 2026, Ministry Mechanics is co-sponsored by the Michigan Conference of The UMC and the United Methodist Foundation of Michigan. In addition, participants may request mileage reimbursement. We want this event to be accessible to all who want to attend.
Who is Leading the Sessions?
The leadership team is creating content that will be the same across locations, with adjustments based on location and audience. Team members will share leadership at each event.
What about Childcare?
Childcare will be provided to those who request it and register in advance.
