Meet & Greet with Brick River Database Training

A special Meet & Greet with Melanie Zalewski, Executive Assistant of the Central Shores District is being planned for July 21 from 10:00 am-12:00 pm at Saginaw: Four Points UMC (9265 Geddes Rd, Saginaw, MI 48609). This event will give the opportunity for an in-person training session geared toward local church Secretaries/ Administrative Assistants, clergy, and any one else who works with the local church Dashboards within  Brick River database system. Feel free to bring your laptop and church leadership list with you if you want to follow along!

Brick River is used for 99% of all district communications; therefore, it is vital that your church Dashboard is up-to-date. Please make sure all email address(es), including the church’s main email and/or office, clergy, and other church leadership, add “[email protected]” to their “Safe Senders” lists within email contacts to ensure everyone receives district (and conference) communications sent through Brick River.

Please RSVP no later than Tuesday, July 14 so that materials and set up can be prepared accordingly. There is no cost to attend this event, and light refreshments will be provided.
