Just last month, I told you how important dental care is, and this month, I’m sharing that, based on participant feedback, we will be changing dental and vision insurance providers in 2025.

Starting January 1, 2025, Delta Dental will take over as our provider for dental and vision coverage. Our vision network remains VSP, but it will be managed by Delta. Similar to MetLife, there’s no requirement for an ID card. Just inform your provider that your coverage is with Delta Dental. Additionally, you can download an app for a digital ID card or visit the website to print one.

The coverage amounts remain the same; only the company administering our claims is changing. We made this switch because participants shared that locating providers who accepted MetLife was challenging. We anticipate that more individuals will successfully find providers with Delta Dental, and we also expect that if your provider accepts MetLife, they will likely accept Delta as well.
