Conflict is a natural part of life and not all conflict is necessarily bad.  However, division can destroy faith and damage the Christian witness in any community. 

The potential for conflict in the local church is never far away. As Christians, we need to be ready to become actively involved in the ministry of reconciliation.   The Michigan Conference is able to prepare you for this work.
