Court Street United Methodist Church-Flint is seeking an Organist. We are a downtown church located in the heart of the city. The congregation is diverse and energetic. Our mission focuses on creating a world with more peace and hope by loving one another as Jesus loves us.
Music is an integral part of our worship and we are blessed to have a 1960 Casavant Pipe Organ, as well as a harpsichord and piano. The position requires a high level of accomplishment in organ and keyboard performance.

The Organist provides leadership on the keyboard(s) for worship and musical programs, as well as accompaniment for various choirs. Primary responsibility is for Sunday morning worship and Thursday evening choir rehearsal. Additional services for holidays and special events. Additional opportunities for performance at weddings and funerals (organist has first right of refusal). The organist works collaboratively with the Senior Pastor and Choir Director.
