The Michigan Conference of the United Methodist Church is now hiring someone to fulfill the role of Coordinator of Youth Ministries Development.
This full-time staff person will work under the supervision of the Director of Congregational Vibrancy (DCV). The Coordinator of Youth Ministry Development will develop, resource, and empower those involved in youth ministry to act as bold, effective leaders in Michigan’s churches and communities. This staff person will partner with pastors, lay leaders, conference staff, and others to implement strategies of youth ministry that will develop and strengthen vibrant congregations.
