Asbury Community Development Corporation is seeking an Executive Director to work 29 to 40 hours per week at their Flint location. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director (ED) will have overall strategic, financial, and operational responsibility for ACDC’s staff, programs, expansion, and execution of its mission. Success will be measured by ACDC increasing community impact, becoming financially stable, and meeting organizational development objectives. The ED will collaborate with the ACDC Board to refresh the strategic plan, set administrative and personnel policies, and fundraising. The ED also will work with staff, partners, and volunteers to strengthen the organization and benefit the community. And ensure commitment to and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
