Using the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI)\, learn why intercultural competency is important\, how to use tools for meaningful interactions across cultures\, and how to create a plan for continued growth and learning\, all within a supportive community. There is a registration fee of $30 per person to cover the cost of meals.
