DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, January 17\, 2026\n9 am – 4 pm includes lunch and breaks\, participant manual\, and a t-shirt\nRegistration begins at 8:30 AM\nSaline UMC\, 1200 N. Ann Arbor Street\, Saline\, MI\nCost: $30 covers materials\, lunch\, and a T-shirt. Payment is due at the door. (Make checks payable to MI Conf Disaster Response)\n**Please register prior to training.\nInstructor: Jody Pratt\, VIM Coordinator \nThis training is for those who want to work long-term on disaster recovery teams (usually 1-2 weeks)\, domestic or international mission journeys\, or partner with a certified Early Response Team. DESCRIPTION:Join a supportive\, community-based walk through of your Intercultural Development Plan (IDP). Over a span of six months\, participants will be guided in thought\, reflection\, and action as they take steps to complete their IDP. Each participant will be given the space and support needed to traverse the intense landscape of intercultural development. As we deepen our self-awareness and increase our ability to relate to one another\, we sow seeds of meaningful connection. \nIDP Together is designed for those who have taken the Intercultural Development Inventory within the last two years and are ready to dive into their IDP.
