This 90-minute workshop is for those who have taken the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Assessment but have not engaged a debrief with a Qualified Administrator. Some participants may have been asked to take the IDI assessment in relation to their work or have completed the IDI out of their own curiosity and are ready to take the next step in intercultural development. This session will focus on what the IDI is\, how the tool can be helpful\, and how to take the next step. This is a time for the curious and courageous who want to grow in intercultural competence.
