November 4 - November 11

Engage.Educate.Equip
Leading in a 21st Century church is tough, with the demands of an ever-evolving society and the pressures that places on ourselves and our congregations. Luke Dowding has over 10 years of experience working in church and secular contexts exploring how to be inclusive, the challenges we face, and how we can ensure our church communities are safe spaces for everyone.

He offers professional coaching on inclusion and diversity, and sustainability training for businesses. Luke is a pioneer of LGBT+ inclusion in Great Britain and champion for minorities within faith groups. He is Co-Founder of Soho Gathering (a community that encourages conversation between faith groups, LGBTQ+, and marginalized communities), Co-Director of Affirm (a UK network that gives pastoral support and affirmation to LGBT+ Christians), and is a trustee of OneBodyOneFaith (an ecumenical movement to help churches to be places where all people, particularly LGBT+ people, are welcomed and affirmed, not just tolerated). Luke is an appointed faith representative for the Community Advisory Board of London Pride and is committee chair for Christians at Pride in London. Luke also offers business management and advertising industry experience, and is a partner at Fluency, a globally connected transformation services company that accelerates businesses focused on consumer data, marketing technology, and the media sector.
