Scheduling an ERT Training Event

Local Church Event
This is a good option for pre-existing VIM teams or local church missions teams.  The host church provides the space, lunch and manuals (PDF document and instructions for printing provided) – trainer provides all additional materials.  Minimum class size of 7, max of 35.  Cost is $15.00 per person – covers the cost of background check, certificates, ID’s and conference T-Shirts.
Community / District Event
This option would involve contacting other United Methodist Churches in your immediate area / District and inviting them to attend the training.  The host church provides the space and lunch, the trainer provides all materials.  Minimum class size of 7, max of 35.  Cost is currently $25 per person.
Conference Event
Training would be open to anyone in the conference / area interested in attending.  The host church provides the space, trainer provides all materials.  Minimum class size of 7, max of 35.  Cost is currently $35 per person.
